Kazakhstan considers canceling fines in first administrative amnesty

ALMATY. March 18 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan is considering fully or partially writing off unpaid fines for individuals as part of an upcoming administrative amnesty, Interior Minister Yerzhan Sadenov said Wednesday.
