Contract soldier dead, another wounded in shooting incident at military unit in Pavlodar
ASTANA. April 16 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - A serviceman opened fire at a military unit in Pavlodar, killing himself and wounding another contract soldier, Kazakhstan’s Interior Ministry told Interfax-Kazakhstan.
