Kazakhstan launches military reform plan

ASTANA. Oct 25 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan has begun implementing the military reform plan approved at a Security Council meeting chaired by President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, the Defense Ministry press service said.
