Kazakhstan plans to lift bitumen export ban

ASTANA. Oct 20 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakhstan’s Energy Ministry plans to lift the ban on exports of bitumen outside the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), according to a draft order published in the government’s legal acts database.
