Kyrgyz president says Ablyazov proposed coup in Kazakhstan

BISHKEK. Oct 19 (Interfax) – Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov has said fugitive Kazakh oligarch Mukhtar Ablyazov asked him in a 2020 phone call to organize a coup in Kazakhstan, Japarov told the Super.kg news site in an interview.
