NOVOSIBIRSK. Sept 7 (Interfax) — An earthquake with a magnitude of 3.6 was recorded in eastern Kazakhstan, the Altai-Sayan branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences' Unified Geophysical Service reported Monday.
