CIS members must strengthen their security systems before escalation in Eurasia - Naryshkin

ST. PETERSBURG. Sept 4 (Interfax) - The CIS countries should strengthen their own collective security system without waiting for the spiral of escalation in Eurasia to reach the limit, Russia's Foreign Intelligence Service chief Sergei Naryshkin said.
