SOCAR, China's CNOOC agree on joint upstream projects in Azerbaijan and abroad

BAKU. Sept 2 (Interfax) — Azerbaijan's state oil company SOCAR and China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC) have agreed to cooperate on exploration, development and production of offshore oil and gas resources, SOCAR's press service said.
