Pakistan takes over SCO presidency from Kyrgyzstan

BISHKEK. Sept 1 (Interfax) - Kyrgyzstan is handing over its presidency of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) to Pakistan, Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov said on Tuesday.
