Tokayev charged Balayeva with establishing Kazakhstan’s Security Council apparatus
ASTANA. Aug 31 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has instructed Aida Balayeva to oversee the establishment of the Security Council apparatus, the presidential press service reported Monday.
