Aug 17 (Interfax) - Armenia is expecting resolution of problems with the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO), although the point of no return has been passed, Artur Hovhannisyan, member of the Armenian parliament and the Civil Contract party of Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, said.
