Public transport to be free in Astana and Almaty on Kurultai election day

ASTANA. Aug 17 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Public transport will be free in Astana and Almaty on August 23, the day of Kazakhstan's Kurultai elections, the two city administrations said.
