Kazakh president names former state counselor Karin first deputy chief of staff
ASTANA. June 30 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev appointed Yerlan Karin, who had served as state counselor, to the post of first deputy chief of the presidential administration, the president's press service said.
