Kazakhstan sets diesel price for farmers 15% below market rate

ALMATY. April 20 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan has set the price of diesel fuel for farmers at 281 tenge per litre for the spring planting season, or 15% below the market price, the Agriculture Ministry said.
