MINSK. April 2 (Interfax) - Issues relating to developing appropriate steps aimed at boosting the strategic stability of the countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), their ability to counter threats that arise are currently key to the defense agencies of the CIS states, Belarusian Defense Minister Viktor Khrenin said at a meeting in Moscow.
