Kazakh lawmakers oppose reinstating driver's licenses under administrative amnesty

ALMATY. April 1 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakh lawmakers said Wednesday that drivers whose licenses were revoked should not be included in the country's upcoming administrative amnesty, warning that reinstating them could lead to more tragedies on the roads.
