ALMATY. March 31 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - The Samruk-Kazyna National Welfare Fund announced plans Tuesday to reduce its administrative and management workforce in the capital by 11%, a move expected to save approximately 5 billion tenge in salary costs by year-end.
