Another tremor follows earlier quake in southeast Kazakhstan

ALMATY. March 31 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Another earthquake struck the Zhetysu region in southeast Kazakhstan at 1:23 p.m. Tuesday, the country's Emergency Situations Ministry said.
