Magnitude 5.4 earthquake strikes southeastern Kazakhstan

ASTANA. March 31 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — A magnitude 5.4 earthquake struck the Zhetysu region in southeastern Kazakhstan on Tuesday at 11:11 a.m. local time, the Emergency Situations Ministry said.
