Kazakhstan to build waste-to-energy plants in Astana, Shymkent

ASTANA. Nov 3 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan's Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources announced Monday it has signed agreements to build large-scale waste-to-energy plants in the capital, Astana, and the city of Shymkent.
