Snowfall dumps half of monthly norm overnight on Almaty


ALMATY. Dec 10 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Heavy snowfall blanketed Kazakhstan's largest city overnight, dumping nearly half of the monthly average precipitation and prompting a large-scale emergency response from municipal crews.
