OPEC+ to increase oil production quotas by 137,000 bpd in Dec, to pause growth in Q1 2026 due to seasonality - statement

MOSCOW. Nov 3 (Interfax) - The ministers of the eight OPEC+ countries, which previously limited oil output by 1.65 million barrels per day, decided to increase oil production quotas by 137,000 bpd in December, taking into account the stable prospects for the global economy and current favorable market conditions, which are confirmed by the low oil inventories, the OPEC said in a statement.
