ISTANBUL. July 25 (Interfax) - Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has announced plans to make efforts to help organize a meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and U.S. President Donald Trump in Istanbul to discuss the Ukraine problem.
