MOSCOW. July 25 (Interfax) - The Federal Anti-Monopoly Service (FAS) has launched proceedings against Gazprom subsidiary for cutting fuel sales on the commodity exchange, possibly causing gasoline prices on the exchange to increase, FAS said in a statement.
