Kazakhstan to sign memorandum on railway construction in Afghanistan soon – PM

ALMATY. July 4 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan is ready to invest in the construction of the Turgundi-Herat railway in Afghanistan, with the corresponding memorandum to be signed in the near future, the government press service reports.
