ASTANA. May 12 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev paid heartfelt tribute to his late mother, Turar Shabarbayeva (1931-2000), on Mother's Day, revealing how her counsel shaped his decision to return home after the Soviet Union's collapse.
