KazMunayGas to transfer Bolashak subsoil site development rights to Bolashak Operating

ASTANA. April 22 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — National Company KazMunayGas JSC (KMG) will transfer the rights and liabilities under the hydrocarbon exploration and production contract for the Bolashak subsoil site to Bolashak Operating LLP according to a statement on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange.
