ASTANA. April 22 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — The Kazakh airline Southern Sky (a subsidiary of SCAT Airlines) will begin operating flights to Semey (Abay Region) from Astana and Almaty, the press service of the Civil Aviation Committee under the Ministry of Transport reported.
