Kazakhstan monitors flood situation in three regions

ASTANA. April 22 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Emergency crews in Kazakhstan are closely watching river levels in three regions amid rising temperatures and melting snow, the country’s Emergency Ministry said Tuesday.
