ASTANA. Feb 23 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — Three international organizations and five countries have submitted as of February 23 applications to accredit their observers for Kazakhstan’s referendum on a new Constitution, Central Election Commission Deputy Chairman Mukhtar Yerman said.
