ASTANA. Feb 11 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan will introduce a central medical records database by April 2026 to consolidate all citizens’ health records, following instructions issued by Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov, the government press service said Wednesday.
