Draft of new Kazakhstan Constitution keeps Russian as official language

ALMATY. Feb 2 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - The newly published draft of Kazakhstan's constitution retains the current language status provisions, designating Kazakh as the state language and Russian as an official language.
