MOSCOW. Jan 29 (Interfax) - Lukoil (MOEX: LKOH) has announced that it has signed an agreement with U.S. investment company Carlyle to sell Lukoil International GmbH, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Russian oil company that owns the Lukoil Group's international assets.
